Simply put, we focus our efforts on the departments in the traditional store layout where the perishable sections are on the “Perimeter” of the store. These would include the Dairy, Deli, Bakery, Seafood, Meat, and Produce Departments. We also service the Frozen department as well and we dabble in Grocery, but it is not our focus.
